I am part of the High-Performance Computing (HPC) team at the College of Science and Technology. My responsibilities include building and managing the central HPC resources at Temple University, in particular the Owl's Nest cluster (www.hpc.temple.edu/owlsnest2), Compute (https://www.hpc.temple.edu/compute), and special-purpose hardware, e.g., for Machine Learning https://www.hpc.temple.edu/machinelearning/). Besides the resources mentioned above, I assist in managing some research project clusters like CB2RR and EFRC. I also collaborate with Temple researchers to port and optimize their applications for HPC usage and to organize other HPC-related activities, such as training, workshops, and HPC-related courses.
