Biography

Anjela Manandhar finished her PhD from The Graduate Center, City University of New York in 2019 under the supervision of Dr. Sharon M. Loverde. Her current research involves the investigation of the ligand binding sites, identification and design of novel modulators of hot biological targets including SARS-COV-2 main cysteine protease, cannabinoid receptors, Kv1.3 channel and interferon gamma complex. Besides her interest in the local changes at the binding sites, her research also focuses on the global dynamics of the biological targets.
