I am a graduate student in the PhD Bioinformatics program. My thesis advisor is Prof Maciej Boni. I am fascinated by infectious disease etiology and pathogenesis, especially malaria and arboviral diseases. My aim is to incorporate Bioinformatics, Mathematics and Statistics to improve our understanding of disease progression, with the aim of designing interventions.
