Evelyn also serves as the faculty advisor for transfer students and teaches the SCTC 2001 Transfer seminar course. A part of the Temple community for 28 years, Evelyn has served as both a faculty member in the Biology department and Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Student Affairs in the CST Dean’s Office. Having recently returned to Biology, she continues to love working with students and colleagues in the department and across the University.
The first in her family to have completed college, Evelyn holds a B.S in Secondary Education/Biology from the University of St. Francis and a M.A. in Biology from William Paterson University. In addition, she has taught at the University of Pittsburgh and Ball State University.
