The CST ceremony (May 9) is where your name is read aloud, and you walk across the stage. The University commencement (May 7) is where your degree is officially conferred; individual names are not read aloud.

Professional photographers from Legacy Photographic will be taking pictures of each graduate during the CST Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony. Photos can be viewed and purchased from their website at: www.legacyphoto.com.

How long is the CST graduation ceremony?
The CST ceremony typically lasts 90 minutes. It runs no longer than 120 minutes.
How are Latin Honors calculated?
The registrar’s office uses a graduates GPA through the end of Fall semester to anticipate Latin Honors. Spring semester grades aren’t finalized in time (it usually takes the registrar a few weeks to confirm and issue degrees after graduation). Any Latin Honors earned will also be noted on your diploma.

What time do graduates arrive and where do they go?
Plan to arrive early. Graduate check-in opens at 1:30 p.m. Go to the Liacouras Center loading entrance for check-in and line-up for procession into the arena. The Liacouras Center loading entrance is located on Broad St, next to the Wendy's. All graduates must be checked-in before the start of the ceremony. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Can I bring guests to the CST undergraduate graduation ceremony?
Graduates are encouraged to bring family and friends to the CST undergraduate ceremony. Guest tickets are not required for entry into the Liacouras Center. Family and friends are also welcome to watch the ceremony via livestream. Special note, Campus Safety has requested that each graduate limit the number of guests to ten (10).
What time do guests arrive?
The Liacouras Center doors will open at 1:30 p.m.; ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. ET. Seating is first come, first serve. Accessible seating is available (an usher will assist onsite).
