Prof. Letarte received the B.S. degree in information technology management from Universite Laval, Canada and M.S and Ph.D in Computer Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, Canada in 2006 and 2012, respectively, and MBA degree from HEC Montreal, Canada in 2017. He was an invited student-researcher at IBM Toronto Center for Advanced Studies (CAS) during his Ph. D. at Polytechnique Montreal. He then obtained a postdoctoral grant in 2014 from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada to work with Ericsson Research in Montreal where afterward he was a software developer and occupied technical leadership positions. Since spring 2018, he has been with Temple University where he is an instructor.
