The College of Science and Technology's Sbarro Institute for Molecular Medicine and Cancer Research is looking into a possible link between cancer cases and the environment in North Philadelphia. Led by Professor Antonio Giordano, director of the institute, the Health Equity Research Project also includes Jackie Sackie, CST '18,'21, a Sbarro researcher and adjunct instructor in CST.
