I am a 3rd year PhD student in the Bioinformatics program. My work focuses of developing machine learning methods to sift out the genetic elements and pathways that have evolved convergently in cases of convergent trait evolution. I have two co-advisors: Sudhir Kumar and Glenn Gerhard.
