I am a Master's student in the Boni lab at iGEM in the Biology Department in CST. My research focuses on the rise of antimalarial drug resistance in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly the introduction of Plasmodium falciparum pfklech13 artemisinin resistant genotypes, using ArcGIS Pro and computer simulation to project potential changes in efficacy over time.
