The Biology Department grants undergraduate B.A. and B.S. degrees in addition to a combined B.S. plus M.S. program as well as multiple graduate programs. These include our Biology Ph.D. program that offers training in computational biology, evolutionary medicine, ecology, molecular and cellular biology, neuroscience, etc. The department also offers traditional M.S. and M.A. programs as well as a suite of professional science master's programs to train students for technical careers, including in the private sector. We have also developed an exciting new PhD in Bioinformatics program with interdisciplinary tracks that span biology, chemistry, and computer science.
