Grace Nwokobia

Head, Information Security Controls and Governance for Cloud and Strategic Initiatives, TD Bank Group

Grace has over 16 years' experience developing and implementing strategies that reduce cyber risk and in leading cross-functional teams to successfully identify security threats, drive consistency and reduce exposure to vulnerabilities.

As Head of Information Security Controls and Governance for Cloud and Strategic Initiatives at TD Bank, Grace is responsible for leading technology risk management professionals who are responsible developing and implementing technology risk management strategy and frameworks.

Prior to joining TD in September 2018, Grace spent 14 years at JPMorganChase, where she held various information security roles of increasing responsibility. At the end of her tenure at JPMorganChase, Grace served as Executive Director and Global Head of the Cybersecurity Insider Threat Monitoring Organization. In that role, she led a global team that delivered insider threat investigative services for more than 200,000 employees.

Grace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Grace is also a co-founder and board member of the non-profit, Innovate My World, a non-profit focused on inspiring youth to be compassionate leaders who initiate innovative change in their underserved communities.

Chris Tait

Principal at Baker Tilly

Serves as a technology risk management lead responsible for audit and advisory services for multiple financial institutions (e.g., banks, insurance companies and investment advisory firms).

He has more than 20 years of experience providing technology-related consulting and assurance services to financial institutions. Chris’ experience includes information technology (IT) auditing and risk management, IT assessments, IT operations management, IT strategy development, package systems selection and implementation, business process redesign and custom systems development in a wide variety of environments.

Derek Fisher has several decades of experience designing systems in both hardware and software and holds a graduate degree in cybersecurity from Boston University as well as several security certifications. He continues to work professionally as a leader, instructor at Temple University, and conference speaker in the security space where he provides his insight to multiple fields and disciplines.
