Robert Levis, CST Senior Associate Dean and Professor of Chemistry, will deconstruct the interplay of chemical reactions that occur in producing delicious wines. Following the presentation, Greg Moore, president of Moore Brothers Wine Company, will lead the group in a tasting and discuss the culture of the featured region(s).
